Set in an elevated position above the scenic Istron countryside, Villa Meliti is a modern 3 bedroom detached property with a wonderful location just 10 minutes' walk down hill of local restaurants and small shops. The spacious terrace and stylish alfresco dining area offer the perfect spot to relax and admire the stunning sunsets. Situated in the charming area of Istron you'll be a 20 minute walk from the resort's main centre with a selection of traditional tavernas and local cafes. For beach lovers, there are 2 Blue Flag beaches within 20 minutes' walk of the villa with crystal clear waters. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms, lounge and games room are included.

Situated on a step hill and surrounded by dramatic countryside views, Villa Meliti is perfectly positioned for exploring the rest of the Crete island. A 5 minute drive away is the spectacular bay of Aghios Panteleimonas and slightly further is Voulisma beach with amazing turquoise waters and soft sand. You'll be a 5 minute drive from Istron's main centre with authentic Greek restaurants, cafes and gift shops. Evenings can be spent in the charming resort of Aghios Nikolaos 20 minutes' drive away with a glitzing harbour, local cafes and delicious restaurants. Our Villa Kastalia is adjacent. When viewing on the map, please note that the villa is not visible yet due to it being a new build.
