This 1st floor apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family, located in the secure condominium: Horta Poço do Bispo. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double (queen size) and 1 twin, with fitted wardrobes and a shared family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dish washer and washing machine, leading to beautifully furnished living areas comprising an open plan lounge/dining room with comfy seating and a large TV with national/international channels. To the front of the apartment, the sunny balcony has sofas and coffee table, perfect for relaxing, or you can enjoy a dip in the refreshing residents pool.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is first floor with elevator access. Access to private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You will verify your personal details.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
