This east facing apartment features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which opens directly onto a lovely terrace, creating a bright and airy space with views over the park and partial sea views.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable 180 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is fitted with two 90 cm single beds. Both bedrooms are bright and provide ample storage space. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for up to six guests.

Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning with both hot and cold settings and Wi-Fi. The community also offers access to beautifully maintained communal areas, including two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children (open all year round), providing a safe and welcoming environment for both adults and children to enjoy. Additional facilities include a sauna, gym, co-working space, and an outdoor picnic area. Please be aware that the gym and jacuzzi are not currently in use.

Within a five-minute drive you will find local shops and major supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi, with a Mercadona opening soon. The new Estepona boulevard, just fifteen minutes on foot, offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.
