Villa Rosaria comprises three independent apartments, each with a veranda, private space, and parking. Apartment Nino, 30 square meters, is located on the first floor and features a 30 square meter panoramic terrace with sea views. This open-plan space includes a double bed, a single ottoman bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and orthopedic bed frames and mattresses, offering comfort and tranquility. A washing machine is shared between all three apartments. Additionally, the property offers free shared use of a hot tub for all three apartments.
