Indoor living: Comfortable living and dining areas with flat‑screen TV and soundproof windows. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee facilities, and full cookware. Individually controlled air conditioning and central heating.



Outdoor living: Private swimming pool with ladder access, sunbeds and umbrellas, furnished garden and terraces, portable BBQ, and stairs leading directly to a private sandy beach. Panoramic sea and pool views throughout the outdoor areas.Bedrooms & beds:



Bedroom 1: Double bed, en‑suite bathroom with bath and shower, A/C, wardrobe, hairdryer.



Bedroom 2: Double bed, A/C, wardrobe, hairdryer.



Bedroom 3: Double bed, A/C, wardrobe, hairdryer.



Living area: Double sofa bed suitable for additional guests.



Bathrooms: Two bathrooms total. One en‑suite bathroom with bath and shower. One shared bathroom with shower. Bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers provided.



Included services: Maid service, linen and towel provision, pool towels, welcome wine and fruit basket, free sunbeds and umbrellas, concierge support.



Family notes: Baby cots available free of charge on request. Infants up to 3 years old stay free. Pool is unfenced; supervision required.



Accessibility: Multi‑level property with stairs, including stairs down to the beach. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, private swimming pool, garden, terraces, private parking, and direct access to the private beach. No shared facilities.

Located in Argassi, a lively seaside resort next to Zante Town. The area offers its own beach, a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and traditional taverns, and easy access to historical sites and picturesque neighborhoods in the island’s capital.



Getting Around:

Car rental is recommended for exploring Zakynthos. Private parking is available on site. Airport and port transfers, car rental, and private boat hire can be arranged on request.



Other Things to Note:

Climate/Environment Tax: €15 per villa per night, collected on arrival, as required by Greek law.



House rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Quiet hours apply in accordance with local regulations.



Operating period: The villa operates from April 1 to November 30.

Concierge support is available before and during your stay. We are on call for assistance, local recommendations, and arranging extra services such as transfers, babysitting, or private experiences.
