The villa spans three levels connected by an internal staircase. The main living level features a fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable lounge opening to a terrace with outdoor dining. Air conditioning throughout. Flat-screen TV, sound system, dining table, and modern furnishings. The kitchen includes refrigerator, coffee facilities, cookware, and essentials for home dining.



Outdoor living:

Multiple terraces and balconies with sea and garden views. Shared swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, children’s pool section, shared barbecue area, garden, and on-site parking.Bedrooms & beds:



Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): Double bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony, A/C, wardrobe.



Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): Twin beds, balcony, A/C, wardrobe.

Living area: Sofa bed (sleeps 1).

Three bathrooms in total. One en-suite bathroom with shower. Additional bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers provided.

Daily maid service. Welcome drink, bottle of wine, and fruit basket on arrival. Bed linen and towels provided, including pool and beach towels.

Family notes:

Suitable for families. Shared pool includes a children’s area. Internal stairs connect all levels.



Accessibility:

Multi-level villa with internal staircase. Not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the villa interior and terraces. The swimming pool, garden, and barbecue area are shared with the neighboring villa.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended. On-site parking is available. Easy access by car to Alyko Beach and other southern Naxos beaches. Car and motorbike rental available on request.

Climate/Environment Tax: Municipality tax 0.5% and VAT 13% apply, as required by local regulations.



House rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Non-smoking rooms available.
