Peter’s and Katia's apartment is a bright and spacious 90 m2 apartment on the 1st floor, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Peristeri. It is an ideal destination for someone who wants to have direct access to explore the city of Athens, as it is just a 2 minute walk from the “Agios Antonios” metro station, but also be able to return to a calm and safe area for a good night sleep.
Peristeri is a friendly and family-friendly suburb that can offer you experiences of everyday Athenian life as well as direct access to all the tourist spots in the center of Athens. A city, which has not been accidentally described as “the heart of western Athens”, that can provide you with everything you may need.

You should know that based on the short-rental law, upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee in cash,which is €8,00 per day of stay from March to October or €2,00 per day of stay for the months from November to February.
The fee is paid by the guests of the accommodation and is paid by the accommodation manager to the tax administration with monthly declarations.
