The adjoining fully equipped kitchen features an electric induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all essential appliances. Two bedrooms at the rear provide a peaceful retreat with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The king-size bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom serves the remaining bedroom.

This is private accommodation, and guests will have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The apartment is located on the first floor, with elevator access to both the property and the underground parking. A private parking space is allocated within the building.

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
