Step out onto the balcony to take in lovely views of the pool, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. A second balcony off the kitchen offers a refreshing breath of fresh air while cooking.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and ample storage for a clutter-free stay.
The full bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a heated towel rack, while an additional half-bath adds extra convenience for guests.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A modern and comfortable apartment located in Ponta Delgada, São Miguel Island. Guests are close to the city center, the marina, and the iconic Portas da Cidade, as well as local cafés and restaurants. With easy access to natural swimming pools, volcanic landscapes, and nearby beaches, it’s an ideal base for exploring the Azores’ unique nature and coastal scenery.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
João Paulo II airport is an 15-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
