1)The stairs are narrow and steep.
2)Although the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, there is no washing machine. However, there are several modern laundries within a radius of 500m that can offer you a good service.

Our address is Rua da Rosa 109 and this apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building rebuilt in 2018.
The metro, whose nearest station is Baixa-Chiado, is a 10-minute walk away.
The famous tram 28 passes right at the end of Rua da Rosa on Calçada do Combro.
Bus 758 from Cais do Sodré station to Benfica, via Sete Rios/Entrecampos station, is a 3-minute walk along Rua da Misericórdia.
It is impossible to park on the streets of Bairro Alto, the few spaces available are reserved for residents. Don't risk taking them because you'll find your car in the impound park...
There are 3 large paid car parks nearby (EMEL on Calçada do Combro, EMPARK on Praça Luis de Camoes and another EMPARK further down Largo de Jesus).
