In the heart of Lisbon, in the typical and lively neighborhood of Bairro Alto, close to many tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, public transport, our apartment of about 50m2 consists of a living room with a corner for meals, kitchen, bathroom bathroom with shower and a bedroom (located at the back, in a quiet area, with a small balcony).
Several food stores such as bakeries, grocery stores, mini markets are nearby.

This beautiful contemporary apartment, decorated with taste and simplicity, is the result of a complete rehabilitation work on the building that took place in 2018.
Rebuilt from top to bottom, everything is brand new.
Located on the first floor (no elevator) it has about 45m2 and has a bedroom with balcony located in a quiet area at the back, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a small balcony overlooking Rua da Rosa.

Please, note:
1)The stairs are narrow and steep.
2)Although the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, there is no washing machine. However, there are several modern laundries within a radius of 500m that can offer you a good service.

Other things to take into account
Rua da Rosa runs through the typical and lively neighborhood of Bairro Alto.
A friendly and very quiet area during the day, it transforms at night to host part of Lisbon's nightlife.
This part of Rua da Rosa where our apartments are located is quieter because there are no bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our building.
As the rooms in our apartments are at the back and the windows are double glazed, if all the doors and windows are closed, little or nothing will be heard.
However, we prefer to warn you, so that people who are sensitive to noise or who don't like the noise of people going out into the street, are not unpleasantly surprised by the nightlife in this part of Lisbon, which is legally allowed until around 1 am .
