Summary:

Villa Vegt is a modern and luxurious holiday villa in Kaštelir, near Poreč, suitable for up to 8 people. The villa features a private pool, a spacious garden, and four comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of Istria, close to beaches and exciting excursions.



The Space:

The villa spans two floors and offers 220 m² of living space. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a large sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and coffee machine. You can also dine here with your entire group at the long table. The four spacious bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning; two rooms have a balcony, and a baby crib is available. The villa has underfloor heating and all the amenities for year-round comfort.



Outside, you'll find a covered summer kitchen with a wine refrigerator. The 1,000 m² garden also houses the covered summer kitchen with a wine refrigerator and a long table for dining together. You'll also enjoy the (heated) swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, outdoor shower, and barbecue. Free parking is available on-site.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Vegt is located in Kaštelir, an ideal base for exploring Istria. Just a 10- to 15-minute drive away, you'll find historic Poreč, with its charming beaches. The charming villages of Novigrad, Rovinj, Vrsar, and the larger Pula are also easily accessible by car. The region offers many enjoyable excursions: the Višnjan Observatory and the medieval town of Motovun are particularly worth a visit for their culture and nature. For water fun, drive to the many beaches along the coast or visit one of the two large water parks: Istralandia near Novigrad and Aquacolors near Poreč. In the surrounding villages, you'll find excellent restaurants, local markets, and wineries. But if you prefer to relax at the villa, we can certainly understand that too!



Getting Around:

Villa Vegt is perfectly situated in the peaceful village of Labinci, just a 15-minute drive from the stunning beaches and historic old town of Poreč. A small local grocery store and bakery are within easy walking distance or a quick drive, while larger supermarkets and seaside restaurants are about 10–15 minutes away by car. The Istrian motorway provides smooth access to Rovinj (40 minutes), Motovun (25 minutes), and Pula Airport (around 50 minutes). Free private parking is available right at the villa for convenient exploration.



Other Things to Note:

Bedlinen, towels, towels for the pool and final cleaning are included. Pool heating is optional (april - october) and costs € 28 per day. The villa features air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a private pool with sun loungers. A car is recommended to make the most of Istria's beaches, wineries, and charming coastal villages.
