The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a sleeping area equipped with bunk beds, a separate double bedroom, a recently renovated bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bright living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a south-west facing balcony, offering magnificent unobstructed views of Le Pleney and the slopes of Nyon. You will be able to enjoy the sunshine and tranquility of this privileged natural environment to the full.
Located on the second floor of the residence, the apartment also has a private cellar and a private parking space at the entrance to the residence.
The village center is easily accessible on foot via the charming “Chemin du Renard” path, which runs alongside the Dranse river, or in a few minutes thanks to the free shuttle buses that stop right in front of the residence.

Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds are made in winter. In summer, beds can be made for an additional fee. Summer Multipass membership.

A deposit request for €1,000 will be sent 15 days before the start of your stay via a secure link. This amount is neither debited nor blocked and is automatically released.
