Relax in this charming apartment, the ideal getaway for family or friends! The apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is less than 10 minutes from the beach. With a private garden and outdoor dining space, it makes the perfect base for all ages.

The apartment encourages indoor/outdoor life with a deep, shaded veranda that wraps around part of the building. Here, guests can dine al fresco, enjoying their private garden. Glass doors lead from the veranda to the airy interior. The apartment is particularly light as it has glass doors on two sides. Terracotta tiles keep the open-plan living space relatively cool. It is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is in the corner of the living area and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The shared outdoor swimming pool is fenced and open from 10.00am to 2.00pm then from 4.00pm to 8.00pm

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (joinable).
Extra: The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom 1: The tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet, basin,WC and a washing machine.
Bathroom 2: The second bathroom has a basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower head on the terrace, ideal after a day on the beach.

Explore vibrant farmers\' markets in Olbia, especially the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25-minute drive).

Olbia airport is only a 20-minute drive away.
