This ground floor apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family, located in the secure condominium: Horta Poço do Bispo. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, with fitted wardrobes and a shared family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The kitchen has integrated appliances including a dish washer and washing machine, leading to bright living areas comprising an open plan design with lounge and dining area, with comfy seating and table and chairs. Small sunny patio at the front of the apartment, overlooking the pool.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor, with elevator access to underground private garage space. Wheelchair slopes are installed at the side of stairs.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You will verify your personal details.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
