Build in the end of the 19th century, you can almost grasp the different spirits of time that passed here. High ceilings, lots of lights and well conserved ornaments.
The whole floor is fully renovated into the original style of the house. It is a 3 floor Art deco Villa built in the end of the 19th century. The whole first floor belongs to us and is completely renovated. There are two Studio Apartments (Each 20m2) and a big Flat which has around 75 m2. Every Apartment owns it's private entrance.
