The elegantly designed interior is arranged over two floors and features an expansive living space that’s furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a Smart flatscreen TV, com and a dining area that accommodates 8. The property is bathed in natural light, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out to the terrace at ground level and an additional terrace and balcony on the first floor.

The separate kitchen is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, and a built-in dining space.

Bedrooms 1 & 2: Both the 1st and 2nd air-conditioned, double bedrooms enjoy access to a private terrace and are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedrooms 3 & 4: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and feature air conditioning, ensuring a restful night\'s sleep.
