Nestled in the peaceful residential area of Cala Canyelles, between the charming coastal towns of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, and just a 15-minute walk from the beach, Villa La Salada is a stylish villa offering everything you need for a truly relaxing getaway.

We have personally refurbished and carefully equipped the villa, ensuring it meets the highest standards of comfort and functionality—creating the perfect holiday home for an unforgettable stay.



The name “La Salada” was chosen for its charming double meaning in Spanish: salada refers both to the salty sea air that surrounds the villa and to someone who is naturally amusing and full of character—just like this home.



VILLA LAYOUT

The villa features a very practical layout, with most of the main living areas located on the ground floor, offering comfort and ease of access.

You enter the property through the pool and terrace area, where you’ll find a large private swimming pool (12 x 3 metres) surrounded by sun loungers. The outdoor space also includes a comfortable chill-out lounge, as well as a separate outdoor dining area under a wooden pergola, beautifully illuminated in the evenings (under construction). Stone charcoal barbecue, located next to the dining area.

Inside, the villa offers an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bright and spacious living area with Smart TV, a large sofa and dining table, plus a separate guest toilet. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace and pool area.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), direct access to the terrace, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.



FIRST FLOOR

The first floor offers four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms:

- Family bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed, featuring a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

- Double bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds (which can be joined or separated), with private en-suite bathroom with shower.

- Double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)

- Family bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed.

The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, located in the hallway.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away and offers lifeguard service, showers, and various water activities.

Two highly recommended nearby restaurants include Beach Club Gammarus, perfect for a delicious paella or refreshing cocktail, and Restaurant Sybius, known for its authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

Other stunning beaches in the area include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Sant Francesc.

The villa is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from both Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar, where you’ll find lively promenades, boutique shops, and excellent dining options. A supermarket is also conveniently close for all your daily needs.
