Impruneta is a typical “Casa Colonica” of the 16th century, situated in a panoramic position on top of a hill . During the last renovation, great effort was made to retain the original style and structures in form and size. Villa Impruneta is located about 8 miles from Florence, and its warm hospitality, intimate atmosphere and the dreamy silence of the Tuscan hills promise an

unforgettable vacation.

Ground Floor:

Queen bedroom suite with private bathroom with shower. The suite also has a small kitchenette area with table and chairs and access to the outside gardens.

First Floor:

LIVING SPACES

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and elegance in the spacious L-shaped living room. Enjoy generous sofas, a modern dining table for up to 6 people, a beautiful fireplace, and stylish decor. Architectural details such as exposed brick arches, vaulted ceilings, and original cotto floors enhance the charm of this classic Florentine country house. An elegantly decorated formal dining room accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for memorable meals. The well-equipped kitchen features a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven, and refrigerator, overlooking the living area through glass windows. The highlight of Villa Impruneta is the oversized, luminous entertainment room. Designed for large groups, it offers a billiard table, piano, and multiple seating areas, providing a perfect space for gathering and sharing quality time together. Large arched French doors open to the inviting loggia and pergola.



OUTDOOR FEATURES

The villa boasts a large loggia with a stone table that seats 12, ideal for al fresco diningenjoying breakfast in the fresh air. The outdoor space also features a sunbathing area and several sitting and lounging spots equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, all set on a beautifully manicured lawn. A highlight of the property is the Tuscan tiled private swimming pool, 6mx 12m, perfect for a refreshing swimrelaxing by the water.



Linens, utilities (water, gas for hot water, electricity up to a total of 500 kW per week if the limit is exceeded, the guest must pay 0.80 cents per kW, but this almost never happens Wi-Fi), heating and the tourist tax are always extra.

Until 2025, the tourist tax was 2 euros per person per day in 2026, the amount has not yet been communicated.

Final cleaning

A mid-week cleaning service is provided, including a towel change if guests wish to change them.

Sheets also cost an extra 20 euros per room.

Only small cars are recommended due to the uphill road leading to the villa
