The Space:

Laid out over 150 m², the ground floor features a sunny living room that opens to the terrace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom: one with a queen bed, the other with two singles that can join to form a queen. An extra ground-floor bathroom serves the living areas, and the sofa converts to a king-size bed for added flexibility.

Upstairs, an attic-style master suite includes a king bed, a small sitting area, an en-suite shower room, and a private veranda with wide views. All four bathrooms have walk-in showers.



Outdoor

Sea-facing veranda and balconies with outdoor seating for morning coffee and sunset drinks, plus a ground-floor terrace for easy flow from the living room.
