The ground floor offers a bright, spacious living area with comfortable seating, TV, and air conditioning, alongside an inviting dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and fridge with freezer. A master bedroom with TV and a modern shower bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, two double bedrooms await, one opening onto a large balcony with beautiful sea views. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine adds extra comfort. Two air conditioners, one in the living room on the ground floor and the second in the stairwell on the first floor. Location

The beaches around Pomer are characterized by pebbled shores and rocky stretches, where fragrant pine forests provide natural shade and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The local beach begins just below the marina and runs along the entire peninsula to the campsite, offering a variety of water sports and entertainment options. Nearby, the Jangalooz Adventure Park adds excitement for families, friends, and thrill-seekers with zip lines, obstacle courses, and climbing challenges.
Just outside town lies Skzua Beach, well equipped with a kiosk, sun lounger and parasol rentals, and additional water sports facilities. Its gently sloping pebble shore makes it especially suitable for families with children.

A little farther afield, beautiful beaches await in Medulin and Banjole. Medulin is home to the popular sandy Bijeca Beach, while south of Banjole, Cape Kamenjak Nature Reserve enchants visitors with crystal-clear waters, secluded bays, and scenic trails for hiking and cycling. Culture lovers can easily reach historic Pula, famous for its Roman amphitheater and striking architecture. Numerous charming villages and natural highlights line the Medulin Riviera, perfect for day trips. Pula Airport is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive away.
