Conditions
Residential building: parties, events or any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces – please take special care of furniture and plants.
A refundable damage deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages. This amount is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
