On the upper floor you will find:

Casa di Filli is located just a few minutes from the charming towns of Nicolosi and Pedara, where supermarkets, shops, bars, and excellent restaurants are available. Its location is ideal for both winter and summer stays: the villa is about a 20-minute drive from Rifugio Sapienza, the starting point for excursions on Mount Etna, and a short drive from the coast and the picturesque seaside villages of Acireale, Aci Castello, and Aci Trezza.

The lively city of Catania, with its famous fish market, majestic Baroque palaces, numerous bars and restaurants, shopping opportunities, and vibrant nightlife, is about 30 minutes away.

As public transportation is neither reliable nor frequent, having a car is essential.
