Escape to southern Istria! This luxurious 1st-floor apartment for 4 is just a 2-minute walk from the coast. With a shared pool and panoramic sea views, it is the ideal retreat for friends or family who want to discover the delights of Croatia and relax in peaceful surroundings.

The open-plan living area is full of light, with glass doors on two sides. These open onto a private balcony. From here, guests can look out over the shared swimming pool to the lively marina at Volme. The balcony is furnished with sun loungers.

Inside, the contemporary decor includes an L-shaped sofa, large flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs for 6, and a sleek, modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

The shared swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing dip. There are also some swings where children can play.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has glass doors that lead out to the balcony. It has a double bed and a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a double bed and large wardrobe.

Bathrooms
There are two separate, tiled bathrooms. Each has a shower, basin and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the village of Volme, in southern Istria. There are beautiful beaches nearby with crystal-clear water, ideal for scuba diving. Visitors can also hire kayaks or paddleboards to explore this lovely coast. Away from the beach, there are hiking and cycling trails.

The ancient city of Pula (15 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to Pula’s famously well-preserved amphitheatre (Pula Arena) is a must, as well as the Temple of Augustus and the Forum. The Forum is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants. Visitors can explore the narrow streets, packed with history and cute boutiques.

For self-catering, visit Pula’s City Farmer’s Market (15 minutes). This is the place to pick up the freshest local ingredients, including fish and meat. It is open every day except Sunday.

Pula International Airport is just 16 minutes away.
