The house accommodates up to 8 guests (6+2) and features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access from the room, as well as an additional separate guest toilet. A spacious and bright living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for two guests and is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, ideal for shared moments and family meals.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, while underfloor heating provides year-round comfort, making the house suitable for stays in every season. As a brand-new property, it is highly energy-efficient and powered in part by a solar system, offering an eco-friendly and sustainable holiday experience.
