Villa Central is a stone villa, centrally located just 5 minutes walk from the old town. It has 3 apartments for rent. Each of them has 2 double bedrooms.

Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, ensuites for each bedroom, a separate WC and a laundry room.

The property has gated parking for 2 cars and is surrounded by gardens, a BBQ area and a heated swimming pool.

Prostor

First Floor Apartment is luxuriously appointed, each room with a double bed, built in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment has a small kitchen and all you need to prepare meals and drinks. This apartment has a private balcony with pergola.

The pool is shared with other residents.

Villa Central is located 5 minutes walk from the old town. Along the way, you will pass the local supermarket, bakery and markets. The area is well-regarded and popular with the locals. It is built up right next to the old town with many families living in apartments and houses. The surrounding streets are all on a one-way system. If you are driving there is parking for 2 cars in a gated car park(prior notice required).The area is well-established and safe. It is also well known for its large population of residential peacocks wondering the area.
