Set on the second floor in a building with lift access, the apartment (80 m²) combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Full of natural light and tastefully furnished, the interiors open onto a private terrace overlooking the communal pool and gardens, offering a quiet spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living room, featuring a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six. Wide glass doors lead to the furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast outdoors or evening aperitivos overlooking the pool.

The residential park features a shared swimming pool (17 m x 8 m; open from 15 June to 15 September; available from Monday to Saturday between 11:00 – 15:00, and from 17:00 to 19:30; on Sunday, the pool is available from 11:00 to 15:00 only; the use of the pool has an extra cost – see local charges), equipped with loungers and an outdoor shower. From the pool area, guests enjoy views of the garden and surrounding buildings. The apartment’s private terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and is directly accessible from both the living room and the kitchen.
