CASA LE ONDE - SORRENTO

Casa Le Onde is a bright and welcoming annex offering the perfect blend of modern comfort, authentic local charm and sweeping sea views. Set in the peaceful hills above Piano di Sorrento, it is an ideal retreat for couples, families or small groups seeking tranquillity while staying close to Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.

Although attached to the owner’s residence, the house enjoys a separate entrance. Guests have access to the large, shared swimming pool (13 m × 4 m, depth 1.80 m, open from 19 April to 17 October), surrounded by greenery and overlooking the Sorrento hills. The pool and garden are shared only occasionally with the owner, who generally avoids using them during guest stays, ensuring maximum privacy.

A spacious terrace of approximately 200 m² is exclusively for guests and features a dining table for six, lounge chairs, small tables and a charcoal barbecue, the ideal setting for breakfasts in the sun, relaxed lunches or romantic dinners at sunset with beautiful sea views.

INDOOR
Casa Le Onde (70 m²) is set entirely on one floor, making it easily accessible and filled with natural light. The air-conditioned living room includes a sofa, dining area and direct access to the terrace, while the open-plan kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and full kitchenware.

The sleeping area consists of:
Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed, TV, window overlooking terrace and garden
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed, SMART TV, window overlooking terrace and garden
Additional sleeping – Single bed in the hallway

Bathroom 1 – Bathtub, WC, bidet (access from hallway)
Bathroom 2 – Shower, WC, bidet (access from hallway)

PLEASE NOTE:
Although the owner lives in the main house next to the annex, guests enjoy privacy and exclusive use of the annex’s terrace. Access is simple: from the road, an electric gate opens onto a shared parking area; once parked, guests walk left to reach their independent entrance, while the owner’s entrance is on the right, ensuring complete separation. From the living room and kitchen, guests step directly onto their private terrace, and from the far end of the garden a staircase leads down to the shared pool. The owner, a very discreet and respectful lady in her 70s, occasionally hosts her children but rarely uses the pool when guests are present. Many guests barely notice her, except when she delights them with small, thoughtful treats delivered with kindness and without intruding. The atmosphere is serene, private, and warmly welcoming.
