The Space:

Spanning 220 sq. m across two levels and set on an 835 sq. m private green plot, Villa Zephyros combines contemporary comfort with natural stone elements and eco-friendly details.



The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with stunning sea views, while the other two bedrooms are enhanced by a skylight atrium that fills the rooms with natural light. All bathrooms are finished with elegant stone surfaces.



The open-plan living area includes a stylish lounge with an eco fireplace, a dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 50 sq. m private freshwater swimming pool (1.6 m deep), sun loungers, and multiple furnished terraces.



A shaded pergola dining area with an outdoor kitchen and grill makes alfresco dining a highlight of your stay. Additional features include individual parking for two cars, soundproof windows, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and premium amenities throughout.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, garden, terraces, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, and parking spaces. Access is limited to the registered guests only, ensuring privacy and security within the Rock Bay Villas complex.

Getting Around:

Private parking for two cars is available at the villa. A special offer of 30% discount on car rental is available to guests.

As an added benefit, a free arrival transfer from Heraklion Airport is included. Departure transfers and larger group transfers can be arranged for an additional fee, selectable during booking.

Payment policy:

30% deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. Full balance due 30 days before arrival (or 100% within 48 hours if booking less than 30 days before check-in).



Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation until 18:00 (local time) on 2 March 2026. After that, cancellation penalties apply as per booking terms.
