Set just moments from the elegant Marina, Villa Puerto Calero Marina is a contemporary two-storey retreat offering refined interiors, generous outdoor living and excellent facilities for families or groups of friends. Designed with comfort and sociable living in mind, the property combines stylish accommodation with dedicated leisure spaces, making it an ideal base for a relaxed Lanzarote escape.

The interior features four air-conditioned double bedrooms, all equipped with coin-operated air conditioning. One bedroom benefits from a walk-in wardrobe area and television, while the remaining rooms offer fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Three of the bedrooms are en suite, with modern bathrooms including walk-in rain showers, WC and washbasins, while the principal en suite also includes a corner bath, bidet, double washbasins and a separate wet room. A further family bathroom provides a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and double washbasins.

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and four-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Sogo dual air fryer and a comprehensive range of utensils, crockery and glassware. A small breakfast table with four chairs creates a cosy indoor dining spot, while the adjoining wrap-around terrace offers rattan sofas and shaded alfresco dining beneath a pergola. An Alpha Pro wood-fired oven allows for authentic outdoor cooking, ideal for pizzas and grilled dishes. From the kitchen, a door leads to a small patio with a rotary washing line and a separate utility room housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The open-plan living area is comfortably furnished with two three-seater L-shaped leather sofas, a flat-screen television with Mag Box for international channels and streaming, and an Alexa for music. Patio doors open onto the terrace overlooking the magnificent pool area, furnished for both sun and shade, while a separate indoor dining area includes a wooden table and six chairs.

Accessed from the lounge via 18 steps, the lower-level games room provides additional entertainment space with comfortable seating, an Xbox with the option to use a personal Firestick, a pool table and table tennis, making it a popular area for all ages.

Outside, the pool and leisure area can be reached either from the games room or via 18 steps from the pathway between the gate and the front door. The kidney-shaped swimming pool measures approximately 9 m x 5 m, with Roman step access, a depth ranging from 1.3 m to 1.5 m, solar heating, a pool cover and normal water. Artificial grass surrounds the pool, complemented by eight sun loungers and a spacious eight-seater jacuzzi. A separate toilet and shower room add convenience. A covered terrace creates an inviting setting for outdoor dining, complete with a brick-built BBQ, drinks fridge and a self-contained kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric oven and hob.

Puerto Calero itself is a sophisticated marina and resort, known for its upscale restaurants, boutique shopping and calm, refined atmosphere, making it a sought-after location for those seeking a peaceful yet luxurious stay.

Prices are based on up to six guests sharing. Supplements apply for parties of more than six guests, and the correct number of guests must be entered to obtain a final price. The first child under the age of two at the time of travel stays free of charge.

The property is fully prepared for arrival, with departure cleaning included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning with linen and towel changes is provided weekly or mid-stay. All bed linen and bath, hand and tea towels are included, and pool and beach towels are also provided.

All bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas are located on the upper level, accessed directly from street level. There are 18 steps down to the games room and a further 18 steps leading to the pool and BBQ area.

Cots and high chairs are available on request at an additional cost of EUR20 per week per item.
