VillaMore is pleased to present Villa Calatubo, a contemporary holiday home set within a peaceful residential area of Alcamo Marina, just 800 metres from the sandy beach of Calatubo. Thoughtfully designed and finished to a high standard, the property offers a relaxed coastal retreat within easy reach of several charming seaside towns.

Access to the villa is via an external marble staircase leading to the first floor, where guests enter into a bright open-plan living space comprising a modern kitchen corner and a comfortable lounge with dining table, sofa and smart TV. Large sea-view windows flood the room with natural light and open directly onto a terrace furnished with table and chairs, overlooking the garden and creating an inviting space for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. One of the double bedrooms features a bathtub within the room and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower. A further bathroom with shower is available for guests’ use. Upon request, an additional single bed can be added to one of the double bedrooms to accommodate a sixth guest. The villa is furnished in a clean, modern and functional style, with great attention paid to comfort and detail, and both double bedrooms as well as the living area are air-conditioned.

The fully fenced outdoor area is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and features a spacious solarium with a private swimming pool measuring 11 x 4 metres. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for enjoying long summer evenings in complete privacy. Open-air parking is available on site.

Villa Calatubo enjoys an excellent location, within a short walk of the beach at Alcamo Marina. The picturesque town of Castellammare del Golfo, known for its historic castle and lively harbour, is approximately 9 km away, while Balestrate, with its restaurants, cafés and long, well-equipped sandy beach, can be reached in around 5 km.

Air conditioning, heating, internet access, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, with linen and towel changes provided every seven days. Final cleaning is charged at €180 per booking cash at check-in). Optional services available at an additional cost include late arrival outside scheduled hours (€50 per booking), baby high chair (€15 per booking), cot (€15 per booking), extra towel sets (€5 per person).
