This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

Step into the welcoming living area, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or connect to the WiFi for a work call. Sliding doors open onto a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. The dining area offers a cozy spot to enjoy shared meals or a relaxing night in.

The apartment offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with two double beds. One is a standard double bed, while the second features an expandable bed frame with two connected mattresses, set up and used as a double bed.

The apartment features a main bathroom with a shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day, plus a convenient half bathroom for added comfort. Laundry is made simple with an in-unit washer and dryer.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and cozy apartment just minutes from Costa da Caparica’s long sandy beaches, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. Guests can explore the scenic coastal promenade, enjoy fresh seafood at nearby beachside restaurants, and visit local markets and cafés. The area also offers bike paths and walking trails along the cliffs, with Lisbon city center just a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway with plenty of outdoor activities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Lisbon airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
