The island of Lošinj is wonderfully unspoiled, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and memorable experiences. Just under five minutes away lies the charming fishing village of Nerezine, known for its lively little port where visitors can rent boats and set off to explore the stunning coastline.
While the island’s beaches are among the most beautiful in Croatia, a visit to Mali Lošinj, only 20 minutes away, is highly recommended. The town is renowned for its impressive harbour, elegant 19th-century villas around Čikat Bay, and the Museum of Apoxyomenos, the island’s most important cultural attraction.

For self-catering, Mali Lošinj offers several supermarkets and an excellent fish market selling the freshest daily catch. Adventure seekers will find sailing, windsurfing, surfing, snorkelling, and scuba diving schools across the island, while hiking trails to Lošinj’s highest peak, Osorčica, begin right from the village.
Lošinj is accessible by ferry from the Croatian mainland, with the nearest international airport in Rijeka, approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes away, including the ferry crossing.
