**Quiet Hours:** We kindly ask that guests maintain a respectful noise level after 10:00 PM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests in the building.

**Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio and on the property.

**Pets:** For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the studio.

**Waste Disposal:** Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins provided on the property.

**Cleaning:** The studio is cleaned regularly, and we ask that you leave it in a tidy condition upon departure. This includes washing and drying used dishes, wiping down surfaces, and emptying any waste baskets.

**Keys:** Please take care of the studio keys and ensure they are returned at the end of your stay. A replacement key fee will be charged for lost keys.

**Respect for the Property:** Please treat the studio and the property with respect and care. This includes avoiding unnecessary noise, damage to furnishings or decor, and respecting the privacy of other guests.

**Safety:** For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from using candles or open flames in the studio. Please also be mindful of the fire safety regulations and familiarize yourself with the location of the fire extinguisher and emergency exit.
