The space
On the ground floor, you'll find an expansive living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, 65" TV with Netflix, a treadmill, and a rowing machine for those who like to keep active. The bay windows offer panoramic views of the sea and Fuengirola town, and the living room opens onto a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying the view with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The fully-equipped modern kitchen also provides direct access to the terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals al fresco. The ground floor houses two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the terrace, and another with two single beds.
On the first floor, you'll find a room with a bunk bed (our daughter's room) and an additional puff- bed, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Another large bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and wardrobe is also situated on this floor. Both rooms provide access to an expansive terrace equipped with two swings, offering breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and Fuengirola.
The villa also features a separate garden bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, providing additional privacy for guests.
The outdoor area is equally enticing, with a large terrace complete with a dining table, chairs, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The private pool, rattan sofas under a pergola, and BBQ area make this the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.
Other things to note
There are security camera at the front of the property plus alarm detector in the leaving room and entrance hall.
