The Space:

Welcome to Shabnam Estate, a newly built sanctuary perched above the lunar-like cliffs of Vlychada on Santorini’s south coast. Crafted with Cycladic minimalism and cutting-edge eco-tech, the estate spans 32 acres of private vineyard and accommodates up to 12 guests across a main residence and independent guest house.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire estate including pool, patios, heliport, vineyard grounds, and all indoor living areas. Staff access is limited to housekeeping and concierge services.



The Neighborhood:

Vlychada is famed for its sculpted volcanic cliffs and quiet black-sand beach. You’re a 5-minute drive to the Marina, 10 minutes to Akrotiri’s ruins and Red Beach, and 20 minutes to Fira’s nightlife—close enough for exploration, far enough for total seclusion.



Getting Around:

A rental car or chauffeured transfer is recommended for island exploration. Complimentary on-site parking and heliport access. Concierge can arrange airport/port transfers, yacht charters, or private drivers.
