This two-level villa is perfect for families or friends traveling together. It features a natural stone terrace and a private infinity pool with full-width Roman steps and a distinctive Cimentogonia surface. The open-plan ground floor includes a stylish living area, a fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops, and an informal dining space, all illuminated by expansive windows.



The master bedroom upstairs is accessed via an interior metal staircase and boasts an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, floor-to-ceiling sea views, and a spacious private balcony with seating. The first-floor guest bedroom has a separate outdoor entrance, while the third bedroom on the ground floor features twin/double beds, direct terrace access, and a walk-in spa-style shower.
