We’re excited to welcome you to The Ancient Arch, a unique apartment in the heart of Palermo’s historic center. Overlooking Via Maqueda and just steps from the Quattro Canti, it sits inside a 14th-century building that immediately immerses you in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The apartment’s name pays tribute to the striking stone arch that greets you at the entrance. Inside, you'll find a spacious and stylish open area blending industrial design with historic charm: designer lighting, a retro red fridge, an elegant black dining table, and a large sofa bed with smart TV. A black iron staircase leads to the cozy mezzanine with a double bed set between warm stone walls and a white wooden ceiling. Beneath it, a modern bathroom features a spacious shower and all essentials. To complete the experience, enjoy a private terrace with a comfy outdoor lounge—perfect for morning coffee, sunset aperitifs, or peaceful relaxation.

CITY TAX: as per local regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night (max 4 nights) must be paid in cash at check-in. Children under 12 are exempt. We kindly ask you to have the amount ready. Thank you for your cooperation!



LATE CHECK-IN FEE: 30 euros after 9pm | 50 euros after midnight
