The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with an induction cooktop, integrated extractor, oven-microwave combination, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats four, while the living space provides a double sofa bed, an additional sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a fireplace, complemented by a flat-screen TV with streaming services. A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior comforts. Practical features such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning and soundproofing ensure a smooth and relaxing stay.



The outdoor area has been designed for leisure, offering a private heated pool, an outdoor shower, comfortable loungers and a dining space ideal for shared meals. Any pool heating carries an additional cost, payable locally, and a refundable security deposit may be required upon arrival.
