This three-bedroom, split-level beachfront villa spans 150 square metres and is designed to offer comfort, space and uninterrupted sea views. The bright interior includes a welcoming living area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, and generous dining space ideal for meals prepared with fresh local ingredients. The villa accommodates up to six guests in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, supported by two well-appointed bathrooms featuring a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer and essential amenities. The private rooftop terrace and the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool provide peaceful spaces for relaxation, while the shaded outdoor dining area offers the perfect setting for enjoying freshly cooked meals in the gentle sea breeze.



Guests benefit from complimentary WiFi throughout the property and access to all facilities within the complex, including sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach reserved solely for residents. Additional services such as body and facial treatments can be arranged upon request, and a car rental service is available for those who wish to explore the surrounding area, including National Forest Park Kavo Gkreko, located just ten minutes away. Any optional services, spa treatments or rental arrangements may incur extra charges, and a security deposit may be required upon arrival, refundable subject to inspection.
