Villa Pleiada is a brand-new (2025) beachfront retreat located in the charming seaside village of Zola, Kefalonia, set directly on the tranquil shores of Agia Kyriaki Beach. This elegant villa is designed for those who desire refined simplicity and direct access to the sea, offering guests the rare opportunity to step from their private terrace straight onto the soft sands of the Ionian coast. The villa accommodates up to four guests across two tastefully appointed double bedrooms, each designed to maximise comfort with premium linens, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space. The contemporary open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with a smart TV, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine, microwave, and all essential appliances for an effortless self-catering stay. Large windows fill the interiors with sunlight, connecting the indoors seamlessly with the veranda and offering sweeping sea views.



Outdoors, guests can relax on the spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers and a shaded dining area—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evening barbecues. The sound of the sea sets the rhythm for each day, while the nearby beach tavernas, cafés, and small fishing harbour are all within a minute’s stroll. Just ten minutes away by boat lies the island’s hidden jewel, Fteri Beach, where pristine waters and unspoiled scenery await.



Guests at Villa Pleiada enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge assistance, and private parking. For added peace of mind, safety features such as a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided in the villa. Please note that a €100 refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival. Additional services such as boat hire, water sports, and local excursions can be arranged upon request, and housekeeping can be provided at extra cost.
