Casa Espadan is a charming holiday home in Moraira, perfectly located just 100 meters from the sea and the cozy beach of Playa Platgetes, and 500 meters from the larger beach Playa de L'Ampolla. The property is also within walking distance of inviting bars, excellent restaurants, and the lively center of Moraira. Fully newly furnished and suitable for up to four guests, the home combines comfort and style in a fantastic location close to the beach.



Upon entering, you’ll find the living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, JBL Bluetooth speaker, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you need — including a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, combination microwave-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and a l’Or coffee machine. The kitchen tap also features an optional osmosis function providing purified drinking water.



Large French doors in the living room open onto a covered naya with a luxury lounge set — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the sea. A few steps down, the private garden awaits, featuring a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers — ideal for relaxing afternoons under the Mediterranean sun.



Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (with two individual mattresses), built-in wardrobes, and its own air conditioning unit capable of both cooling and heating. One of the bedrooms even offers a private balcony with a luxury lounge set and beautiful sea views. The modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.



In front of the property, there is a pleasant chill-out area and free parking directly at the door. Guests can enjoy free high-speed internet and access to a large communal swimming pool with an integrated children’s area, located just 50 meters from the house. Additionally, four beach chairs, two parasols, and a cooler box are available for guest use.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
