The space
The accommodation has:

Bedroom 1: double bed with direct access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: Double bed, single bed, and work area, with direct access to the solarium
- BATHROOMS: It consists of two full bathrooms, both with a shower tray. There is one on each floor of the house
- KITCHEN: fully equipped with electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and kitchenware
- LIVING ROOM: Spacious and bright, a cozy dining room, equipped with TV, air conditioning, sofa, with spectacular ocean views
- OUTDOOR AREA: Large terrace with equipped outdoor dining area. A solarium area on the top floor, with sun loungers
- MORE SERVICES: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothesline, large closets in the bedrooms, duvets available

Guest access
The pool is communal, located within the community, which in turn is a private community of neighbors, with garden areas and an entrance with a private access door.
The patio and outdoor areas of the house, such as the picnic area and the solarium with sun loungers, are private areas of the accommodation
