The property is conveniently located a 20-minute walk (6-minute drive) from the centre of the lakeside resort of Laveno-Mombello, the port and the town’s train station. The closest restaurant and grocery store are within a 10-minute walk.

A frequent ferry service operates from the port and in 20 minutes will take guests to the hotspots of Verbania (for fine dining and historical sites), Intra (for the Stresa Borromean Island boat tours) and Pallanza (for the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto). The surrounding shoreline is dotted with ice cream shops, bars and restaurants.

The marina in Laveno Mombello (a 5-minute drive) also offers water taxis, recreational boating activities and a picturesque waterfront promenade, also lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and gelaterias. The town is also famous for its cable car, the \"Funivia del Lago Maggiore\" (a 7-minute drive), which takes visitors up to Mount Sasso del Ferro.
