Villa Levanda is set over two levels, fully air-conditioned, and accommodates up to six guests. Access is from the main road via a private parking space, followed by a stone-paved staircase leading up to the pool terrace.

French doors open onto the balcony, which connects seamlessly to the private pool (8 x 4 meters) and a stone-paved sun terrace with sunbeds, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.

The master bedroom includes an en-suite and a sea-view balcony, while the two additional bedrooms have direct access to a spacious sunny terrace.
