A hallway leads to the sleeping quarters, comprising two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower), a single bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower. Central air conditioning and a home-automation system ensure the entire home remains comfortable and easy to manage.

The grounds extend into a manicured lawn framed by Mediterranean plants and mature olive trees. Facing the house, an elegant infinity pool with beach entry and timed spa feature takes centre stage, complemented by a furnished solarium with sunbeds, including floating loungers, and an outdoor shower. A dedicated spa area and a rear terrace with a complete barbecue station (worktop, sink and gas barbecue) complete the outdoor offering. Two private parking spaces are available.

The nearest beach, Baia di Guidaloca, is 1.8 km away, while the Tonnara and its dramatic Faraglioni sit only 1 km from the property. The entrance to the Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve is 3 km away. Scopello’s restaurants, cafés and essential shops are reachable on foot, allowing guests to enjoy the area at a gentle Sicilian pace.
