The upper level offers two further bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a panoramic window framing a sweeping view over the valley and the sea, and another double bedroom. A second bathroom with shower and a small terrace with a mountain backdrop complete this floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished with clean, contemporary lines designed for comfort.

Casa Montepetrino is embraced by a flourishing Mediterranean garden dotted with olive trees, prickly pears and native plants. Two covered verandas offer inviting outdoor seating, while a charcoal barbecue and traditional Sicilian wood oven stand beside a generous dining table shaded by a gazebo with a serene sea view. The swimming pool (8m x 4m) lies to the side of the house, accompanied by a furnished solarium and an external shower. The entire property is fully fenced.

Guidaloca Bay lies 6 km away, the nearest supermarket 7 km, and the charming village of Scopello—with its restaurants, cafés and small shops—is 9 km from the house. Castellammare del Golfo is also 9 km away. The celebrated Zingaro Reserve, Sicily’s first protected natural park, stretches just beyond Scopello, with pristine bays and dramatic trails.
