The entrance leads into a luminous open-plan living space, where wide glass panels frame the patio and the pool area, while the modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and lunch counter. The ground-floor sleeping area includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, and a separate bathroom with a shower.

The first floor hosts a double bedroom opening onto a private terrace with sea views, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The basement, accessible from both inside and outside, contains an independent suite with a double bed, a small lounge area with TV, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as the laundry room. All rooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets.

The ornamental garden frames an infinity pool measuring 10 x 5 m (depth 1.40 m), complemented by a solarium with sunbeds and an external bathroom with a shower. The patio, furnished with a dining table, chairs and sofas, creates a serene setting for open-air meals.

Guidaloca Bay lies 5 km away, while Castellammare del Golfo—with its harbour, castle and full range of amenities—is 6 km from the property. Scopello and the entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve are about 8 km away.
