It features brand-new, high-quality furnishings and a private wallbox charging station. The home boasts a tastefully decorated living area with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC. All rooms have hygienic tile or vinyl flooring and underfloor heating. For family fun and entertainment, we offer a variety of board games, a foosball table, and a PS3 game console. The fully enclosed garden with a swing provides a safe and enjoyable play area for our younger and/or four-legged guests.
