Iria Family Villa #5 offers two levels of comfortable living space ideal for families. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with a beautiful view, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious shower with toilet. Downstairs includes a guest toilet, a bright living room with a flat-screen TV, international channels, and movies on demand, plus a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, enjoy a shaded sitting area and a trampoline for the kids.



Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including the outdoor area and all indoor spaces. Nothing is shared.

Free private parking is available on-site. Public transport is accessible nearby, but most guests prefer to rent a car to explore the area more freely. The villa is around 45 minutes from Larnaca Airport by car.



Please note that the villa is spread over two floors with stairs. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Wi-Fi is free and fast throughout the property.
